Peel Village double-wide
Removed 800sq ft of cracked concrete. Laid charcoal-flag pavers on a 6" compacted base. Polymeric sand in last.
02 · Retaining wall
Caledon hillside, three courses
Stepped course wall to terrace a sloped backyard. Drainage tile and clear stone behind every face.
03 · Sod install
Mississauga corner lot, fresh sod
Tore out the existing patchy lawn, regraded for runoff, laid 9 pallets of Kentucky Bluegrass sod inside a single day.
04 · Polymeric sand & refresh
Brampton existing patio, joints redone
Pressure-washed an aging interlock patio, swept in fresh polymeric sand, sealed it. The patio was 12 years old; it does not look it.

The same driveway, before the crew showed up. Then after.
The crew showed up when they said. Tore out the old concrete, laid the interlock, swept polymeric sand in the joints. Best decision we made on the house this year.
